EASA A320 First Officer Experience & Employment for Low Time Pilots Holding the European EASA Frozen ATPL

EAGLEJET

No Minimum Flight Time Requirement

Must Hold the European EASA Frozen ATPL

EAGLEJET Non-type rated pilots first complete the EASA A320 Type Rating Course in Europe with the Eagle Jet International approved ATO including a high number of A320 FBS/FFS simulator hours (86.5 hours which is double the volume of A320 simulator hours provided by other ATOs) and the EASA Aircraft Base Training in Europe..

EAGLEJETPilots then complete the Airline EASA Operator Conversion Course / OCC + A320 First Officer experience or employment for 300 or 500 hours during passenger operations with one of our contracted reputable & established European EASA certified partner airlines.

Eagle Jet International's EASA A320 partner airlines are all under legal contract with Eagle Jet International with most of them for at least several years (Eagle Jet International has conducted Airline First Officer programs in Europe with contracted partner airlines since 1996). Once pilots complete the reinforced type rating course with the approved ATO, they are able to take the adapted checks for low time cadets that Eagle Jet International has in place with its contracted partner airlines with a high rate of success so pilots can start A320 First Officer line flying. These checks with Eagle Jet International’s contracted partner airlines are guaranteed per contract for pilots who are accepted to attend the reinforced EASA A320 type rating course with the approved ATO. This is to the opposite of most ATOs who advertise various airlines on their websites but have no legal contract in place with these airlines.

Only pilots who complete the Eagle Jet International EASA A320 reinforced type rating course with the approved ATO have priority and are guaranteed these checks to start A320 First Officer line flying with our contracted partner airlines. Pilots who obtain the type rating on their own with other ATOs and then apply with Eagle Jet International as type rated pilots are placed on a secondary waiting list with no priority and with long delays in most cases. Pilots who obtained their own type rating and who are accepted to join an Eagle Jet International partner airline are also required to complete extensive additional A320 simulator training with the approved ATO before starting the program.
