• Pilots holding a CPL IR ME, a Frozen ATPL or ATPL issued by any country (including FAA): requires attending 1 year of aviation college classes to graduate with a specific aviation Associate, Bachelor or Master of Science degree with the option of working on campus as a paid Flight Instructor while attending college classes. Upon degree graduation: USA work permit giving access to USA airlines and executive companies.
• Beginners with No Flight Experience or Pilots holding a Private Pilot License issued by any country: requires attending aviation college classes including the FAA CPL IR ME flight training and ground courses to graduate with a specific aviation Associate, Bachelor or Master of Science degree with the option of working on campus as a paid Flight Instructor while attending college classes. Upon degree graduation: USA work permit giving access to USA airlines and executive companies. --- OR --- No college classes and pilots obtain the FAA CPL IR ME CFI CFII with a USA work permit giving access to USA airlines and executive companies.

MULTI CREW CERTIFIED AVIONS DE TRANSPORT REGIONAL ATR, EMBRAER 120 HEAVY TURBOPROP OR EMBRAER 145 REGIONAL JET TYPE RATING + AIRLINE FIRST OFFICER EXPERIENCE DURING PASSENGER SCHEDULED OPERATIONS

• Launch your airline pilot career by obtaining the airline First Officer experience on multi crew certified aircraft the airlines are looking for.
• Once approved, pilots complete the type rating course with a training facility certified by the Aviation Authority which has issued their license and then complete the Airline Operator Conversion Course followed by First Officer experience for 500 or 1250 hours during passenger operations.
• The ATR, EMB-120 and EMB-145 are multi crew certified aircraft. Flight time completed as a First Officer in these aircraft is credited towards any ICAO ATP flight time requirements.

The executive turbojet and heavy turboprop used during the employment program are multi-crew certified aircraft. Flight time completed as a First Officer/SIC in these aircraft are credited towards the FAA ATP flight time requirements.
